The Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program at the University of Missouri–Columbia is funded through a fee-for-service contract with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, which operates within the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. 100% of the funding for this program are federal funds with the total annual contract capped at $7,345,000.
